I”m not sure, butyou can check with the BBB. They do a pretty good job of reporting crap companies.
If you are looking to do a legit business online check out
They are the best I have found as far as at home business opportunities. And you can email me if you have any questions about them.

It depends on the set up! But there are some great company’s out there. I would do a little background info on them. And just because the sometimes ask for a fee upfront doesn’t mean it’s a scam. It’s a illegal to have scams and the U.S. will terminate them. I have something that might interest you. If you want to make a residual income and be involved with the only company that Donald J. Trump endorses check this out at if you like what you see email me at Thanks! And Good Luck!

It is either a scam or some sort of multi-level marketing pyramid. The only way to get rich is through hard work and perseverance.
